Instructions and Routines

Hey guys,
Today’s post will be about instructions and rules. When I am babysitting, usually there is instructions to follow. The mum might leave me a note saying what to feed the kids, bedtime, TV rules and other important info. I know, when you first start to look after that family you will get the initial information, but sometimes the rules might be changed slightly. If you are babysitting on a school night, little Charlie might have to go to bed at 7:30, but if it is a Friday or Saturday night, the rules might be changed. Charlie can go to bed at 9:30 with half an hour of TV.
Some rules I have been given include:
1 Only feed the kids half the bag of wedges and they can have two nuggets each.
2 Half an hour on technology.
3 Bedtime no later than 10.
You kind of get where I am going with this.
I am sure there are many other instructions and rules that parents have left for you.
When they leave instructions written down, I usually keep them in a binder folder, and then I can refer back to them later if I need.
Leave some of your rules that you are given in the comments below!

Meaghan xoxo
